Lots of big projects these last many weeks: squash, edamame, pumpkins, potatoes, garlic, onions, shallots are all harvested at the same time.  That doesn’t sound right.  What I mean is the all that plants in a given category, say squash, are ready at the same time and need to be harvested and stored as opposed to say tomatoes that we harvest over many weeks.  These large project make for very long days, weeks and months!  And of course the usual harvesting of weekly produce doesn’t stop.
