Last season we already put plants outside the greenhouse by now and were prepping the fields for planting. And we put plants in the ground in March! Sure last season was exceptionally warm and snow free but this season seems to be exceptional as well!

We have finalized pricing and assortment for CheeseShare. Since we are down to one cheese vendor our options are more limited than last year. We’ve reduced the amount of butter and cream cheese as requested by many of our members. This is a great product to add to your veggies, fruit and meats!

“Green Acres is the place to be. Farm living is the life for me. Land spreading out so far and wide. Keep Manhattan just give me that countryside.”
I was reminded of the theme to the 1960’s television comedy “Green Acres” the other day as I was perusing the 2011 edition of the Land Stewardship CSA Farm Directory. The CSA Farm Directory is an annual listing of CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) farms that serve the Twin Cities market. It is put together by Land Stewardship Project and funded
