Large Pack Program
With our large pack program you can purchase freezer-sized portions of Anderson meats. As with the small pack program the meat purchased in our large pack program is produced without any hormones, antibiotics, MSG or nitrates.
Beef is sold in the following portions: Whole, half and quarter. A quarter will include half the cuts from one side of the cow. Beef is sold by hanging weight.

The standard quarter package includes:
| Roasts | 1 sirloin, 1 arm, 1 rump, 2 beef and 2 chuck, each about three lbs. |
| Steaks | 6-8 t-bones, 2 porterhouse, 6-8 rib-eye packed two to a package. |
| Hamburger | 40 lbs. packed in 1 lb packages |
| Short Ribs | 3-4 packs approximately 2 lbs each |
| Stew Meat | 5 packs approximately 1 lb each |
| Round Steak | 32 tenderized patties |
| Soup Bones | 5 packs |

Pork is sold in the following portions: Whole and half. Pork is sold by hanging weight.

The standard half hog package includes:

| Pork Sausage | Lightly seasoned 10-12 packages, 1 lb each |
| Bacon | Smoked, 10-12 packages, 1 lb each |
| Spare Ribs | 3-4 packages, approximately 2 lbs each |
| Hocks | 2 smoked hocks |

Chicken
Each bird dresses out to about 3-5 lbs. Chickens are sold by dressed weight in packages of six.
Pricing: Please see Price List for pricing. Prices include standard processing and delivery to Fresh Earth Farms. A $100 non-refundable deposit per ¼ cow and ½ hog is required with your order. A non-refundable $30.00 per chicken six-pack is required with your chicken order. To order, please fill out an order form and submit it with your deposit. Once the final weight is determined you will be notified of your total due; final payment is due upon notification.
Delivery: Large Pack Beef, Pork and Chicken will be delivered to Fresh Earth Farms monthly starting in July and going through October. Meat must be picked-up at Fresh Earth Farms; delivery to drop locations is not available. All meat is frozen.
